What to expect from Physiotherapy at Physical Evolution?
Our physiotherapist will conduct an initial assessment with you and gain as much information about you, your goals and abilities. This sets the foundation for a personalised intervention program to help you reach your goals. Our physiotherapist will work with you on areas such as mobility, strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and core stability. Layered into the program are strategies for motor planning, motor control, vestibular training and postural assistance.

Our physiotherapist can also help with managing respiratory conditions, improving endurance, conditioning, physical activity, fitness, and sport skill development.

During your physiotherapy appointment at Physical Evolution, we will:

Your treatment may include direct hands-on physiotherapy, education about your condition, activities or exercises to do at home, trial and prescription of specialised equipment to support your recovery, and referral to and/or liaison with other health professionals and support providers.
